Founded by Daniel Clarke, Pono draws on more than 20 years of sales and training experience across Fortune 500 organizations, with expertise spanning hospitality, automotive, real estate, and technology. This experience informs a pragmatic, results-focused approach to sales development.

 

Sales is constantly evolving, and effective teams must adapt how they engage buyers and manage conversations. Pono delivers hands-on coaching through individual call reviews, role-play, and group training sessions — all focused on helping sales teams perform at a higher level and sustain results over time.
